“This is THE place to go for a coffee in Magog! ☕️ The place is warm, the staff is kind, welcoming and attentive to our needs. ✨ The coffee is simply delicious and it's even the one I use in my espresso machine at home! ? I frequent this place every week, especially during the 6AM Club on Mondays & also when I want a delicious coffee. I am always greatly satisfied with my visit! Thank you Gégène for existing ?“
“(Translated by Google) Nice pastry. The almond croissants are a hit with our kids. The owners are very warm. The cakes are fresh and made with passion, just talk to the staff to notice. It is an almost obligatory passage when we go to Magog.(Original)Belle pâtisserie. Les croissants aux amendes sont un succès auprès de nos enfants. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux. Les gâteaux sont frais et fait avec passion, il suffit de parler au personnel pour s'en apercevoir. C'est un passage presque obligatoire quand nous allons à Magog.“
“My partner and I went to La Shop twice: once for breakfast, once for lunch. The setting is an old cotton factory just east of downtown Magog, a super-charming town. We breakfasted on black roti (toast), avocado, chèvre cheese, smoked salmon with an egg on top. Original and delish! We had their grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, their specialty. Mozzarella, chèvre, mushrooms, peppers, eggplant, and onions on delicious brioche bread. Side salad for me, soup for my partner. Soooo good!“
“For a good coffee/dessert, this is the perfect place!!Especially the desserts, they are great and what can we say about the portions. Try the Extreme, you will let me know. ? Don’t forget the Terrace. In summer, rain or shine (a little rain because there are parasols), this is the place where we meet for a good dinner and a good beer. Or others of course!Good to you ?“
“I haven't been there in years, but i am hoping to be able to go this summer. The place was great in the past. Any restaurant in Quebec has a communication problem because of a different language, they speak french. If you are english speaking person tell them your from the states, they will bend over backwards for you, cause they know you drove all the way up there. Its a good idea they know your from the states otherwise they might figure you are an english canadian some places don't like english canadians. Can't wait to go there this summer! Plumb sauce, dry garlic spare ribs, meal # 4 for four.“
“Fitch Bay Café and Roasters is a local coffee roaster located in Magog. They import their beans from various growing countries around the world and roast the beans on-site. They make excellent coffee which you can enjoy at the café or you can buy a bag of beans to take home with you. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to coffee and beans they sell a good variety of various coffee accoutrements.“
