My partner and I went to La Shop twice: once for breakfast, once for lunch. The setting is an old cotton factory just east of downtown Magog, a super-charming town. We breakfasted on black roti (toast), avocado, chèvre cheese, smoked salmon with an egg on top. Original and delish! We had their grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, their specialty.
