This McDonald's restaurant offers 24/24 service. The employees are friendly but are often overwhelmed, and a few errors at times but acceptable on average. The service is fast at the drive-thru which is appreciable. The quality of the food represents the McDonald's standard. The new poutine with beef and fried onions was disappointing, resembling a pancake cut into pieces. The Sprite tasted different, and the milkshakes were too liquid. Some orders, like the cheeseburger missing onions and forgotten chicken nuggets, were incorrect. The service can be slow due to understaffing. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty toilets and overflowing trash cans. Martin, a McDonald's employee, always has a smile, is kind and always attentive.
