Really shocked by the service I ordered a simple espresso she gave me cold it's not the first time and I asked her to change she gave me the same coffee and just change the glass đđ
Pffff stupidđ
I asked the kid to fill up my water bottle and he was like âI donât know, i donât know how much that costsâ. I said itâs usually ten cents for the cup but I have my bottle. He still was dumbfounded. Another time I go and I did a mobile order for a drink and some timbits. My girlfriend gets her coffee and asks for my timbits and the girl turns around and starts talking to her co-workers and ignores her.

The review is for the weekend staff only- whatâs up with handing out drinks leaking all over the cups? Every single weekend itâs the same issue. Furthermore, the coffees are very diluted or simply stale.

Not the best Tim Hortons,
Not the best Tim Hortons.
I'm often on the road for work so I need a good strong coffee to wake me up and warm me up.
But still the coffee is not good its like if I drink water.
My favorite coffee is the Americano with two milks and two sugars.
It's not complicated, just a large double espresso with hot water.
I don't understand why it's complicated to do.
It would seem that the people who work are not capable and are not adequately trained.
To err is human but when it happens every time there is a problem.
Why in ChĂąteauguay its best every time.
I hope for follow-up and change because we spend 20 per week on coffee.
I could make my coffee at home by paying for a large coffee at Super C for $20 and that will give me three coffees a day for 1 month.

The best and fastest week, well done girls

I'm a complete fan of this Tim Hortons! For fast service when ordering from the car woww it's REALLY rare that we have this service in a Tim Hortons, being on the road a lot I know what I'm talking about! Your weekday morning team is the most efficient, keep them! I skip all the other Tim Hortons between Deux-Montagne and Beauharnois to come to your place. Never an order error, always fast, and the quality of the sandwiches is not affected in any way, A1 service!
Fan #1!! You will be surprised too!

After reading the first review, I get the same feeling.
The drive through lady (in her 30's) asked the 4 of us to come in next time. We did and it took twice as long.
Today the lady basically threw our food at us out the window.
If you have a family of 4 people and you don't like confrontation or your food being "thrown at you", visit the storefront.
Storefront is much more friendlier, but it does take twice as long.

To avoid,
I have never seen an espresso this cold.
People who work there are living in Canada and must be fully trained to speak in English. Your customers are extremely racist and make you feel very uncomfortable while you are eating they started staring at us the minute we got inside to the time we ate and got back in our cars and left. Which is extremely rude and pathetic. You are living in a multicultural country and if you have an issue with that stay in your home or learn some manners. I have never had such a horrible racist experience in my life and I have spent over half of my life here. Please get your people to learn some manners and respect for other people

It's amazing how often they get it wrong when ordering an iced coffee at the drive-thru. A training problem? Poor quality of audio material? Dealer who doesn't care?
Seriously, the girls in the morning this week, no nonsense, are great âșïž
