I was there today, the food was awful! My poutine was cold and soggy, my chicken burger was burnt and hard as a rock, the bun was cold and soggy and flat, the lettuce was all wet and limp and soggy, they gave me the wrong drink/pop, my friends order was also wrong, they corrected it but the fries where cold and soggy too, absolute waste of money! I won't be going back, and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in Gaspe for a few days of getaway and relaxing and the locals told us to try this excellent little family restaurant and we weren't disappointed! Both of us had filling tasty meals in a comfortable clean dining area, and with friendly service. Love finding these great local small town gems! We highly recommend Casse-Croute Mam.

Stopped here and shared a large poutine and club sandwich with my wife. The club sandwich was spot on and incredible. The poutine was great too but could use some more cheese curds. Overall great experience and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend and would return if I'm ever in the area again.

The submarine is a joke. A large hot dog bun, not even toasted, a little chopped tomatoes, fondue steak (not very garnished) and chopped romaine lettuce. This is by far the worst sub I have eaten. My girlfriend had a roll, frozen lobster that tasted like water. It was highly rated though, I don't understand... In any case, we at least laughed.
