Despite the less than encouraging reviews of late, we still decided to try the restaurant. So we placed an order to be picked up at the branch. I had to wait an additional 60 minutes on site without being given updates and explanations. Several people were in the same situation as me and were starting to get exasperated. Super disappointed, the sushi rice was hard with few toppings inside. All our sushi was falling apart. The ramen soup had about 4 mouthfuls of pasta and chicken and the broth was super bland. $83 for 4 basic rolls and a soup

The sushi is very good. On the other hand, there is often a waiting time for take-out orders, even if you take the trouble to order several hours in advance. I go to the counter and on more than one occasion I had to wait 20-30 minutes... nothing had been prepared.
