While I waited for my order to eat there. An employee "crunched" the lid of a container of liquid that he had to pour into a machine in my cabaret. Result: drowned napkins, splashed glass of coffee, wet bottom of the tray. No excuse, no proposal to change my cabaret. He left as if it were normal. The young girl at the cash register who had a good welcome was quick to change my cabaret. Very ordinary behavior.
Honestly, check your orders before you go, whether you're buying takeout or drive-in, to avoid surprises. For 4 years, it's only gotten worse, and the worst, when you return your wrong order, we look at you and judge as if we were the problem.

I don't really know what's been happening for some time but the service, the products (food) are in limited quantity!!!! It still feels like we're in COVID times so much so that it's in slow motion....ordinary and that in all the Tims of Mascouche ? sorry but it doesn't deserve more than a "C" in an evaluation.
