Tutti Frutti déjeuner et diner is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. While the food is generally good, the service can be slow, even with average traffic. The restaurant has employees in training, which may contribute to delays. Some customers have reported issues with getting coffee refills. However, one reviewer praised the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Rafaelle. Overall, the restaurant has room for improvement, but it is not the worst experience.
