They don't speak French or English.. no one had a clue what was going on here
i bought a latte from berthierville tim hortons and it was horrible as hell so i came this store and said to change but they were so polite that they didnt even charged me and changed my latte but the bertheirville staff was very rude
Very bad service and old lady works over there . She was very rude and she didn’t want to work, she usually work in night time there , I usually stop there, other staff is fine but it was just that old lady. The customer service was not friendly .
