McDonald's offers a mixed experience, with inconsistent service and food quality. Customers may encounter friendly staff one day and errors in orders the next. The minced meat poutine can sometimes taste like old oil, but improvements have been made. Dirty tables are a common sight, with customers having to clean them before sitting down. The place is nice, and the system for paying cash is a bit special - customers order via the computerized ordering device and then have to go to the cash register to pay. The checkout service is very good, and the man with the mustache is very friendly and hardworking. The 1980s sauces are a really good idea. While the surveillance of the premises in the basement leaves something to be desired, the first floor is still correct. For tourists, it can be an interesting stopover, as it is near the Matane River, and customers can eat on the promenade and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The place is easy to access, and the parking is very large.
