Only two employees for the dinner rush, to serve the drive-thru AND the service in the restaurant.It's not their fault, they were obviously doing their best, but it's disrespectful of management for these poor employees to manage all this.
The store front is closed, drive through only. I find this really unacceptable that you no longer have access to washrooms when you want to sit and have a coffee (in your car because you can’t sit at a table!). Tim Hortons quality in general has gone down hill from their products, to their service and accessibility.

What's going on with the drive-thru these days? The line can sometimes be very, very long. Inside it's terribly long too. I had time to drink my medium coffee before being served the meal. The tables are all dirty. The problem is not the existing employees. There is a shortage of staff. I would tend to believe that despite the lack of manpower, the employer feels very comfortable with reduced staff numbers.
