Simplement mon restaurant préféré! L’ambiance est incroyable et le personnel (Hugo, Jake, MP) est super accueillant. Nous y allons régulièrement et c’est toujours aussi bon, on n’est jamais déçus !
Le menu ardoise qui change chaque semaine vaut vraiment le détour, toujours des plats créatifs et délicieux. (Shout Out aux crevettes Bang Bang)

Tout est excellent, service par les employés, nourriture, vin excellent, décor, ambiance,propreté. Bref: vraiment parfait! pour moi et mon conjoint pour un bon , très bon souper ! Excellent en tout point.

Bistro Le St-Charles offers impeccable service and an intriguing concept of flambé coffees. The meats are incredible, and the staff is chic and friendly. However, the presentation could use some refinement, as the plates are sometimes overly garnished. While the business lunch is good, the small space may not be suitable for confidential discussions. The restaurant can be very noisy, making it less than ideal for conversation. The cocktails are among the best in the region, and the ambiance is lively, though it attracts a somewhat elitist clientele. Better options may be to enjoy the terrace or visit outside of peak hours.
