Bistro Le St-Charles offers impeccable service and an intriguing concept of flambé coffees. The meats are incredible, and the staff is chic and friendly. While the food is tasty, the presentation could use some refinement, as the plates are sometimes overly garnished. The business lunch is good, but the small space may not be suitable for confidential discussions. The hamburger and Cornish chicken are delicious, though the raclette cheese could be better melted.
