Straight forward menu with amazing food. Very crowded since it was the last weekend of the season yet we got our food in a short time.

I just had one of the best picnic ever! Food was impressively presented and delicious. I let the picture says the rest for me.

A fantastic experience. To me this is what Quebec living is about: the simple cuisine using ingredients around us and the love of sitting outside with family and friends around a fire.

Had an very good experience here with the family, which included a baby and toddler. Will definitely return.
Things to note:
Double check the weather before you decide which day to go as that could obviously impact your experience.
Aim for off peak times. We arrived around 11:45am and got served/seated right away, but when we left around 2pm, the line up was very long.
Onsite parking can fill up fast so you'd be redirected to another parking lot which is a bit of a hike and did not have any signage. We were not aware of this but fortunately we/our stroller can handle rugged terrain. We had to use Google maps/All Trails to make sure we were going down the correct path.
Make sure you fully understand the menu in case of allergies. One of the party has an allergy to one of the included dishes and although we made this known once we saw the menu, they were not able to substitute of the dishes for us, unfortunately.

What an experience! From the moment we arrived, with reservations, the staff went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. The freshest vegetables, artfully presented, fresh oysters with their delicious housemade hot sauce and mignonette, housemade burrata atop a salad of teeny peppers, atop tomatoes and nectarines. A pork chop with slaw and puree of apples, and finished with this incredible strawberry dessert!
Our server Alex, also the Sommelier, was attentive and so pleasant. We left the wine decision in his hands and he did not dissapoint-- so much so, that we bought the last bottle to take with us.
An incredible experience, thanks to Vincent, Alex and the rest of this team. AWESOME!

A wonderful experience overall. Being our first time, I had a number of questions before our visit, as we had a group of 12. They were super responsive and helpful. The actual visit was great. A lovely location, super friendly staff, and amazing food for a great value (you'd pay way more for any similar anywhere else).

Un must!
La cabane d'a cote was a very memorable experience. Such a beautiful setting outside around all the apple trees and nature. The portions of food were generous for two people but I can only say the food was good not amazing. To counter that I did appreciate the fact that it was all fresh local produce. I must admit it was quite pricey for the food taste wise nothing really blew me away. I think you pay more for the experience than the food honestly. Still a must try experience in my opinion it was pretty romantic.

A truly enjoyable gourmet picnic experience last August!
Everything in the basket was delicious!
However, I invite you not to forget your chairs and small tables or something to sit on a damp floor, because all that is installed are logs, not very comfortable to sit on and place the plates on ;-)
And mosquito repellent... Because they really bite!!

Sunday October 6, we picked up a basket to take home.. at the same time we bought a cider (not refrigerated) to also bring home.. we were sold the bottle of cider restaurant price $30+ tx.. instead of $18. in all honesty, she should have informed us as it was for the house..
This is not our first visit, we had already done ''The Harvests'' a few years ago and of course the famous sugar shack!
The good thing about going there on a Sunday evening is that there is room, we were able to spread out a little more rather than being stuck together, which is all equally pleasant.
We of course started with cocktails and mocktails before the medley of dishes followed at a good pace. Unfortunately I don't have the names of all the dishes we tasted, but special mention to the starters, the delicious and tender trout, the soup with pieces of pan-fried foie gras, the burrata and small fresh tomatoes, the pâté Chinese and what about the desserts.. Once again we came out with a full stomach and leftovers to last a few days.
The service is impeccable!
I came back to photos from before the pandemic, I realize even if the dishes are very good, we don't find the creative madness of the years before, there is missing a 'je ne sais quoi' of ' 'Woooow' from years gone by. But that's not a reason to ignore the establishment, I would undoubtedly return there during the holidays, the sugar shack, etc. :)

Very good, nothing to complain about at this level, on the other hand the waste ?! Cardboard with plastic in it cannot be recycled, you should know that; and then it costs trees and energy to make all these containers which are ultimately only used for 2 hours...
