Have eaten here 2x in the last week while on a return trip from Montreal area to Val d'Or. Best tasting food I have ever had in a fast food hamburger chain. (including other A&W franchises)

Cashier doesn't give the change in my hand by rather put it rudely on the counter despite me providing the money in her hand. I told her it was impolite but she didnt say anything, facial expression clearly didnt care. Also, out of the 10 or so employees there seen, 8 or 9 were Philippinos. This franchisee should be ashamed not hiring local people for this job.

The employees at the checkout on September 1st in pm were incredible. Welcoming and smiling, they happily filled my reusable water bottle. They are clearly the nicest take-out restaurant employees I have met. I'm removing one star because every time I go to this rental the smoothie machine is unavailable and I go there on different days at different times.
