We ended the evening there, on January 25, 2024, Messrs. It was simply stupid, among the best meals I have eaten in my life! The beetroot salad, the trout tartare, the fries, the salmon steak, the wine... everything was exquisite. They pay attention to detail, each ingredient is carefully chosen and prepared perfectly. Such a good restaurant in Mont-Laurier, near our chalet. My best dining experience of the year, me and my partner really liked the ambiance the service was excellent and the food was tasty and well presented, I highly recommend trying it.
