Bérard, Gareau and myself.Had we arrived earlier I would have happily tasted more dishes.Top service from Amélie, the future mayor of Mont-Laurier (she doesn't want to believe us but, in addition to being a woman with a contagious attitude, she has ideas for the region!)Food level now:Good little oysters to open the ball (I should have asked if there was tabasco to spice up 2-3 :P)Parmesan friesIcelandic cod steak, mashed potatoes, Grenobloise sauceCod accras made “on the spot” I have the impression with a little spicy note at the end...I would have eaten 5012 of themTrio of sorbets (haskapberries, raspberries and...strawberries I think)Lémarette, a 3-hour drive from Montreal... but for the welcome, the food, the chat (Bérard would say karaoke afterwards too), it's a journey that's worth it!

It was simply stupid, among the best meals I have eaten in my life! The beetroot salad, the trout tartare, the fries, the salmon steak, the wine... everything was exquisite. They pay attention to detail, each ingredient is carefully chosen and prepared perfectly. Such a good restaurant in Mont-Laurier, near our chalet. We who love good food will definitely come back!They also have a cute little shop with their marinades, spreads, sauces, etc. Ingredients from the region are in the spotlight.

Nice upscale spot in Mont-laurier, it's a change of pace from the usual fare.The ribs, burrata and beef tartar were very good. The risotto could have been warmer.Service was ok, a little slow but the place was packed. It has a boutique as well. We enjoyed our dinner
We went to dinner at Lémarettes this Saturday and were served by Arnaud. We had a great experience and will definitely go back! We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and I have nothing but good things to say about it! I highly recommend it!
