I made such a tough request for the chef because I'm piscitarian and have a huge allergic condition to onions. And they prepared the best salmon salad that I've had in my entire life. Excellent place for lunch, great selection of sandwiches, pastries, soups, and salads. That they prosper right next to a Tim Horton’s is a testament to the quality of the food served at this place. And the staff, like just about everywhere in Mont-Laurier were super friendly. And bilingual.
