I created a Google account JUST to review this McDonald's, just this fact is already worrying. I had to wait 20 minutes thinking that I would have to wait 7 minutes max. These 20 minutes of waiting at the microphone were not at all pleasant, I was hungry, I was exhausted. I thought someone took a break that lasted forever. Finally I decided to leave because I have never waited so long in my life to order a quarter pounder and a coke? in fact if I wanted to wait so long I should have just waited for the launch of the next one season of my favorite show.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today? First things first, I asked for 2 Sprites, here's what I received as drinks. My Big Mac is missing a meatball. It's been a long time since I've been there and I think it won't be a long time before I go back?

We waited more than 20 MINUTES in front of the drive-thru intercom at 9:30 p.m. this Friday, August 29, 2024 (without heavy traffic: 5-6 cars, 7-8 people inside). We ended up leaving, no one to serve us while at least 4 employees were on the floor. Probably the fault of poorly trained staff and poor management. A real shame for a “fast food” that is fast in name only.
