I would like to thank the manager Francine for refusing to give me a plate or small pizza box to separate my daughters' dinner in order to avoid car damage. I would like to emphasize her professionalism by addressing me by my dear's first name in a condescending manner, telling me that she is not capable of using common sense and telling me that these are Tim Horton's directives and this even if I tell her that I am ready to pay extra $$ to cover the loss of this piece of cardboard because according to her Tim Horton pays for its boxes and that they are so poor that they are not allowed to give them away!!
I tell you great service! Congratulations to Tim Horton who ensures that their employee follows ALL instructions to the letter by using their logic and kindness!
