I called November 5th at 9pm to ask if the bearista glass cup was being sold at this location and they said yes and they received them. Came the next morning, one of the first in line and the employees told us that it was sold before even opening. And they aren’t suppose to sell it to baristas. Told us they couldn’t do anything about it and buy the other merchandise available. So many in line got up early that morning waiting in the cold for no reason. If managers would like video evidence, I have it.

Incompetent. Got my order wrong 3 times. Sold out the bear cups magically before the store opened (I was first in line on release day). Maybe my order was wrong out of spite. The “manager” seemed very spiteful.

In overview, my experience was great. The guy that served me was so sweet! But, I had to stay in the starbucks to do some work online. I changed tables 2 times because they were so dirty, I finally cleaned it by myself. Also, it's the middle of october, it's so cold outside, but even more inside! I had to keep my coat... No music was playing by the way.

Great experience! The staff are the BEST! order on the app if you are I a hurry, as this place is busy. Indecisive clients slow down the line, not the staff. They hustle. The space is always clean and organized. Really impressed - the best location I’ve frequented - so friendly and attentive. Always smiles and warm greetings.
