It is a good location, as it is off the highway though I find the ambiance of the people rather snooty for a roadside coffee house. The customers are snobby for ill-dressed with unkempt unflattering hairstyle for his receeding hairline of the customer who was very rude who acted like he was in his living room and very snobby yet he isn't rich enough to have his own wifi as he is a wallflower there sitting on his rump on his laptop while customers just want to sit and sip their beverages. They should implement a time period so there is no loitering if this location seems themselves as upscale so that other customers have a chance to sit for a spell.

The cashiers need to understand the value of a consistent customer service. Not being greeted as if I am one of their school friends is unprofessional (the cashier literally stared at me as if I was bothering her 🙄 until sge deemed to speak to me to take my order,...).

A very poor representation of the Starbucks brand.

The music is a bit too loud and it's very cold, so bring a sweater and noise-cancelling headphones.

Worst Starbucks ever. My order was missing items, I called twice and spoke to Lee and Olina. Both times I asked to speak to the manager Virginia, they both refused. I asked for a solution to my problem, they both refused. They want to send you half your order and expect you to say nothing! Dishonest and unfair, stay away’

It is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced in North America. The stuff are friendly but rather slow. Be ready to wait whether you go in or drive through.

Imagine your 1st in the counter (ordered&paid), yet they served your order 6 - 13 minutes coz they serving the easiest beverages order, it didn’t happened once, but multiple times.

Amazing service and staff is always so friendly! Although the wait was quite long this morning due to one debit machine working they made it up by empathizing, apologizing and offering a free treat! Maybe Starbucks should give some lessons to other places!!

I hate to leave bad reviews online but this location is really dirty and gross. Bugs flying everywhere and all around the food and coffee prep. On top of this, service was really slow. I am writing this after 20 minutes of waiting on one ice latte.
