Tim Hortons is known for its quality and compliance with orders, although sometimes lacking in customer service. However, they stand out in the Beloeil region for always having smile cookies, even when other locations run out. They even take special orders for schools to support good causes. Customers appreciate the extra effort and friendly service at this location.
