Awful experience. Drinks were bad and over priced, staff were very unfriendly. Drinks took forever to come and food even longer. All while the place was empty. Required 15% tip so the staff have no incentive to treat you well.

Nice lodge atmosphere and the staff are great but the quality of food is very poor. I ordered the lamb and it was served in tin foil and extremely tough, even managed to mess up my kids butter pasta. But I guess they have a captive target market of hotel guests, but even if we stay here again I will be venturing beyond the hotel.

Probably one of my worst restaurant experiences.
Atrocious service.
Take the starters at the same time as the main meals.
Waiter comes and goes, and walks around the table to remove the large glasses of wine. According to the server: these are only for grand crus. We could see that it was clearly bothering him. To the point of removing one and replacing it with another! (Unlike the other guests at the table)
$3 for bread on a $600+ bill, really??
Were the only ones in the restaurant… and very bad experience.
Naturally no excuses from the restaurant, other than constantly trying to justify themselves.
The least you can do: admit mistakes… Own it!
Very little choice on the menu.
At least the meals were good!
Tasty cod. Only positive point.
Some items have very high prices, such as dessert.

I'm not a fan of the desserts presented, but I'm French so not used to eating so sweet 😅

Great view of Lake Ouime, it was a very nice experience to have breakfast here with the large window onto the balcony. I'll come back for sure!

The menu was super beautiful with the butternut squash soup of the day. The foie gras terrine was excellent (just a little too much cranberry confit). Our waitress Nadine was super professional and attentive. The duck confit was delicious! A big congratulations to the Chef.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The onion soup was definitely one of the best I've ever had, and the ribs were really tasty. I do think the fries could have been better, but the salad was really good and a nice balance to the meal. The butter and bread at the beginning were a lovely touch too. They had a great wine list to choose from, and while the creme brulee was okay.

The french onion soup was way too salty, the lamb shank is fine.The waitress had no clue what's on the menu.Food arrived super late. I did not have a good experience.
