Wonderful restaurant. Food made to perfection, with a touch of class and elegance that puts you in a French setting. The server, Pierre, went out of his way to accommodate vegan needs despite this being a French, meat and dairy heavy restaurant. Much appreciated.

Dominique made our evening at Choux Gras in Mont-Tremblant truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive.

What really stood out was her professionalism combined with such a friendly and personable approach — she made us feel valued and completely taken care of throughout the entire meal. Dominique’s service elevated our whole experience and is a big reason we’ll be returning.

Amazing chicken stuffed W foi gras for 2 ! Bread excellent, nice live music Thursday nights.

Loooove the scallop ceviche and the salad. So well seasoned and sauced. Ceviche is so tangy and addicting! Then i got the grilled seafood platter which i would order again and again. Simplicity done to perfection! Perfect meal after the slopes.

The hostess Linda was the most amazing person that we've met here! The food was OK, but the service was good.

Ive been here numerous times and always enjoyed the experience. Last night we felt like an afterthought with service. Took forever to get service, our starter arrived before drinks, we were hanging in the middle of the room with a large group behind us. Food as always very tasty but potions are very small for price. Love the view (when you can see it) but will have to look more closely at other options going forward unfortunate

Guillaume was a fabulous. Very happy with our food and service. The views of the slope and town were beautiful. We cannot wait to come back.

I found the value for the money to be lacking. The steak and lobster tail was marginal - too salty and not particularly flavourful. For a high end restaurant, the value and quality of the steak is honestly better at the Keg. Excellent dessert and attentive service. Nice ambience.

Celebrated my husband's birthday here. Our server, Dominique, was excellent. Our meals and drinks were all impeccable. Kid's menu was also top notch. We didn't stay in Fairmont during this trip but our meal experience in Choux Gras definitely enticed us to stay here next time.

We certainly felt pampered by our Choux Gras friends! The creations were wonderful surprises. Always something new to excite our palates!
