One of my first choices at Tremblant. Food is of the highest quality, staff are helpful and available. Decor and views are second to none. Very cozy atmosphere and inviting. Able to bring a date, or a full family, this restaurant will not disappoint! Located inside the Fairmont, it is easily accessible by ski-in, walk in, or by driving.

Choux grass brasserie culinaire is a beautifully renovated restaurant at the fairmont hotel. In this cold season we ordered warm comfort food paired with glass of Cabernet and old fashion cocktails. The staff provided excellent service and attended to our needs. The atmosphere is cozy with a fireplace and booths seating. We ordered vegetarian options such as mushroom pasta, lentil dish. Highly recommended this dinning at this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian mushroom pasta, vegetarian lentil dish

The French Onion Soup had no taste, was bland and I sent it back and mentioned this to the waiter. Three of us had the onion soup. I mentioned to the waiter when sending it back “it's not your fault but this soup has no taste. I was surprised to see it on the bill for the three of us nearly $60.00!

We really enjoyed our dinner! Service was excellent, the food was on point; however, the price point on the menu items is just too high. I don't know about the wine because we don't drink, but again, just a bit too expensive. For example, total for three people was $400 Canadian, about $300 American.

Best meal during our visit to Mont Tremblant. Our waiter Michel was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food and wine were excellent. We had the oriechetti, filet and the focaccia appetizer which was amazing. Nice atmosphere with a piano player for entertainment. Would highly recommend.

Really fun evening. Good wine list, small menu but everything on it was excellent. We ate the bison short ribs, NB oysters, filet, wild mushrooms ... gastro pub styling. Since it is in the Fairmont, valet parking is free. Nice where it can get expensive.

Management needs to be aware of an unacceptable wait for entrees, and poor handling by the server. While the food was great, we sat for nearly an hour between first course and entree, with no explanation or apology. When we asked about the delay we were told that the kitchen was very busy and all dishes were made to order. The restaurant was half empty, and the limited menu indicated that they know how to put out food ala minute in less than an hour. Disappointed that manager just looked on and did nothing.

Had Foix Gras, French Onion, Fillet Minion, Braised Ribs, Chocolate Cake. Starters were thouroughly enjoyable, if a bit unremarkable. Mains were excellent, both the steak and ribs were to die for. Desert was good. Service was outstanding, perhaps the most memorable thing. Extensive wine list, what we had was very nice. Relative to the Tremblant Area, the value was fine.

Eating here was such a pleasure. We loved the menu, the service people, the food, the sweets, the location, all of it. This restaurant has such a great design & decor. We had octopus and a few drinks and went ahead. Start with that. It's so good.Eating here was such a pleasure. We will really like the menu, the people employed, the meals, the desserts, this place, everyone. This restaurant is more beautiful and it was a good drawing. You will have liked this place and the meals. You will be the pulpo and some woods. Start here and go forward.

This was my second time there and I really was looking forward to it. My mom was with me ; her lobster tale dish came barely warm and it was replaced immediately. The chef came to apologize . She told me it was the best lobster she ever had . I had braised bison rib cut with potatoes and French shallots. Those were melting in my mouth and good combination to the bison which was very good but not warm enough for my taste . The music was too Loud and more appropriate for a dance floor .

Le service était extrêmement long. Nous sommes arrivés à 18:20 et à 19:40 on attendait encore nos plats qui sont arrivés tièdes, donc ils étaient prêts depuis un certain temps mais non servis en salle. Très décevant
