Choux grass brasserie culinaire is a beautifully renovated restaurant at the fairmont hotel. In this cold season we ordered warm comfort food paired with glass of Cabernet and old fashion cocktails. The staff provided excellent service and attended to our needs. The atmosphere is cozy with a fireplace and booths seating. We ordered vegetarian options such as mushroom pasta, lentil dish. We really enjoyed our dinner! Service was excellent, the food was on point; however, the price point on the menu items is just too high. I don't know about the wine because we don't drink, but again, just a bit too expensive. For example, total for three people was $400 Canadian, about $300 American.

One of my first choices at Tremblant. Food is of the highest quality, staff are helpful and available. Decor and views are second to none. Very cozy atmosphere and inviting. Able to bring a date, or a full family, this restaurant will not disappoint! Located inside the Fairmont, it is easily accessible by ski-in, walk in, or by driving.
