I always love my dinner experience at central. The food is more than amazing with typical tapas from Spain. It’s a great to have a different restaurant from the other ones on the mountain. The staff is also nice and helpful and know their food. It’s classy but not too much. Good for dates, family diner, birthday, friends night, or just to enjoy a good cocktail at the bar. 100% recommande it
De loin, notre endroit préféré pour sortir à Tremblant. L'ambiance y est exaltante et l'équipe très conviviale. Il est impératif de souligner l'excellence du service fourni par nos serveuses. Malheureusement, je n'ai plus le nom en tête, mais celle qui coupe du "ducktape" avec ses dents; t'es la meilleure chose qui soit arrivée au monde des boîtes de nuit depuis l'invention des "blacklight".
