Wonderful little bakery in the heart of downtown Tremblant, aka St. Jovite. Excellent quality at a price, but definitely worth it. Fantastic Millefeuille and pistachio cookies that are not overly sweet. A gem of a bakery!
Fantastic baked goods and friendly customer service. Visited from Toronto. Croissants were the best I've ever had (crispy outside, soft centre, and slightly sweet). I was surprised by the freshness of the baked goods even though we went near closing time. Croque monsieur was great as a breakfast meal as well. If I'm in mont Tremblant, I'm coming back! Thank you for giving my friend and I a great experience.

You might think that the cakes are too expensive but this place is absolutely worth every dollar. We had the caramel, orange and chocolate for birthday and this is one of the best cakes, period. Every layer of the cake has its distinctive flavor and these are unique.

Super !
Want a little sweet treat? I recommend this establishment.
Homemade pastries, classic and revisited, light texture and well presented.
We particularly enjoyed the “Tarte à Marie” (sweet clover mousseline, fresh strawberries, puff pastry and little choux buns)
Beautiful little selection of cakes, there is something for all tastes and all occasions.
Overall, good value for money..
There is no bread but various items such as pastries, chocolate, biscuits, ice cream or other savory snacks (like croque monsieur or toast), ...
Whether to satisfy a little treat or to offer and share, Lab La Bergandoise pastries is a good place...

An excellent pastry not to be missed.
It’s high-end pastry for gourmets.
The pastries are not very sweet and light, which allows you to appreciate the flavors and for those with a sweet tooth to eat several....
A nice selection that changes regularly.
The ice creams are original and tasty (not too sweet either)
The very friendly and passionate owners will be happy to talk to you about their products and will give you a very warm welcome.
Hurry and discover this very good address!!!

Definitely try the Christmas tree ice cream! Surprising! The cakes are to die for, everything is homemade with quality ingredients and you can taste it. My favorite pastry in the Laurentians for years

Pastry with a taste of the fridge, one night to make you sick. (Possible conservation or date problem). Despite a call to inform the owners, I was more than poorly received on the phone.

We were disappointed with the pastries purchased and the brioche. Too expensive too.

Previous low rated reviews seem to be during COVID era where things were chaotic

It seems mostly owner run - so don't expect extra fast service, but trust me - it's all made up for if you are patient and wait to try their gelato/ice cream and the pastries.
Gelato/Ice Cream - WOW! Just mind blown and it takes alot to blow my mind with gelato. Amazing consistency and the flavors - I would not just take the word of the owner that there is as less sugar and all flavoring is natural. I tried it - they don't lie AT ALL! Wow! The natural flavors - we tried the soursop, the fir tree and chocolate stripped pistachio.
Yes you read those right - wow! All the flavors felt so natural and not overly sugary. You could taste the authenticy and hard work! Justified the price without the flashiness!
Pastries - we tried the Olala (pistachio/marshmallow/cookie base), again just wow! The marshmallow is store made and not overly sugary, the base had a nice flavor and crumble, the pistachio taste was just spot on. We also had the choco eclair - again, just enought sugar - the hazelnut cream filling was so natural and earthy and perfectly sweet!
If you have the time - and you like quality natural tasting sweets that aren't overtly sugar at all - this is a MUST STOP gem!
Come on - FIR TREE flavored ice cream ?? that was just, wow!
