I've been here a few times and the experience is amazing. Delicious French cuisine with a few Canadian dishes. Don't skip on the beer short ribs!

Based on the reviews, DARQUISE is a restaurant located a few minutes from the slopes in Mont Tremblant. The atmosphere is diverse, with a pub side for sporting events and a dining room side with a log cabin classic feel and a nice fireplace ambiance. The wait staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious. Specific meals mentioned include the lobster and vegetables, duck legs, trout, braised short ribs, tuna, and beef rib. The duck is described as unreal, ridiculously tender, and full of flavour. The mashed potatoes are a staff favourite and a better pairing than fries. Appetizers like the tapas trio, chicken satay, deep fried cauliflower, and truffle potatoes are also noted. For dessert, there is a trio creme brûlées. The restaurant can get very busy, and reservations are easy to get during the low season. It is a great place for a dinner with friends or family.
