“The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by being served drinks in chipped glasses. We brought the issue to the attention of the staff, but were still charged for the drinks. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as paying closer attention to details like glassware and customer service resolution would help enhance the overall dining experience.“
