We regret the slow service during the meal and upon arrival where we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the desk.
We also regretted discovering the price of the margarhita at 24 dollars on the bill while a Moscow mule was billed to us at 14. We do not understand this difference, and we would have appreciated being told the price since it There was no menu for classic cocktails.
Nonetheless, the meal was fabulous. Well done

What an experience! My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon there and had our best meal ever! Food so tasty, fresh, and you can feel all the love that goes into each meal. Everything is homemade with quality ingredients and that makes a big difference. The portions are really adequate too. It's a lot more expensive than the restaurants we usually go to, but it's so worth it! And the atmosphere is so pleasant. We were placed at the table by the small fire and it was so romantic and warm.
The service was great too! The waitress even offered to take photos of us as we left to immortalize the moment, in their magnificent spiral steps.
As a bonus we received little macaroons from them to celebrate our wedding, a little touch much appreciated.
We will definitely return, because it is an experience to relive!
Parking: Free valet parking service, with the possibility of withdrawing money at reception for a tip (there is a $4 fee to withdraw money however, so bring cash)

La Quintessence, the flagship restaurant of the namesake Quintessence Hotel in Mont-Tremblant, offers a dining experience as luxurious as the hotel it resides in. Stepping into the restaurant feels like entering an elegant alpine retreat, where rustic charm meets sophisticated design. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with the comforting crackle of a fire in the stone hearth and the soft glow of wooden beams overhead. Leather armchairs beckon diners to settle in, while the panoramic view of Lac Tremblant serves as a serene backdrop, grounding the space in the breathtaking natural beauty of the region.
Service at La Quintessence is executed with style and grace, a reflection of the restaurant’s elevated standards. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, adding to the refined atmosphere without losing the welcoming, cozy chalet feel.
The menu leans into the local terroir, showcasing both finesse and creativity. To start, we indulged in oysters and microgreen salads, both exquisitely fresh and fully organic—a light prelude to the more robust courses to follow. The highlight of the evening was the venison, a beautifully executed dish that married the natural earthiness of the game with a playful assortment of sides. Wild mushrooms and marinated onions added layers of texture and depth, each bite offering something new to discover. The attention to detail and flavor was impeccable, a testament to the chef’s skill in balancing elegance and heartiness.
As with any dining experience of this caliber, the price does reflect the overall luxury of the establishment. However, for those seeking a peaceful and intimate evening in Mont-Tremblant, with food as elevated as the setting, La Quintessence offers an exceptional choice. The combination of high-quality service, stunning surroundings, and well-executed dishes makes this a destination worth savoring.

Beautiful place.
Service was very good.
I had the Halibut which was excellent.
Only reason for 4 stars is I find it hard to justify 70$ for a fish plate.

We went twice to eat dinner, and once for breakfast.
The breakfast was delicious, mostly the croissant, but failed the hot chocolate. I still definitely recommend to enjoy it during your stay at the hotel.
The dinner though was disappointing these two occasions.
The dishes are original in terms of protein and combinations, but lack of flavour and richness. I don’t recommend dining there for the price of it.
The bar has a handful options of mocktails. Made in front of us, they were quite tasty.
The view is nice over the lake, and well setup in a low light ambiance.
The service was nice (mostly at the bar), even though they forgot us at the bar for half an hour after preparing our table.
Vegetarian options: They had two vegetarian options as main dishes

An absolutely beautiful spot at Tremblant. The service was very good front of house and in the restaurant, with the only thing that could be better was the empty room service items sitting outside our room when we arrived after checking in. It was there far too long until we placed it by the elevator and the next morning it was gone.
We shared the prime rib for dinner, which was amazing. The only feedback is that there could have been more side of asparagus...they were very thin and simply not enough for two people.
Atmosphere is very nice, with easy access to the Tremblant village. My only feedback here would be to limit the ability to stake an all day claim to the very limited number of chez lounges by placing an item on the chair. You'll encounter the same thing at the all inclusive resorts down South, but here there is a very limited number of chez lounges and there is an attendant that could easily put a stop to the practice.
Overall, I think this is an amazing spot at Tremblant.

The food was good, even though it was overpriced. However, this post is about the service. Our check for two was around $300. We were sitting there half the night at a table full of empty dishes, but the cherry on top was a waiter who started yelling at us, "What is wrong?" because we left a $10 tip. I didn't even realize it was about the tip; he should be grateful because the service was bad. The whole restaurant started looking at us, and we felt absolutely embarrassed. We just left $50 to get rid of him. Say no more, but after that, we waited 20 minutes to get our coats back.
Tips should be a reward for outstanding service, not for the job you are already paid to do.
Dear management, at this level of restaurant, you have to train your personnel in at least basic manners.

Courteous and professional service by Stéphane, who knew how to guide us masterfully. The deer, guinea fowl and starters were perfect. Thank you and Bravo! Manon and Robert for our 20th!!!

Amazing spa and restaurant. The suits look fantastic
We had a memorable romantic evening! A smooth meal and remarkable service, accompanied by fresh, delicious and visually appealing dishes. All this took place in a rather intimate atmosphere during one of the restaurant's famous musical evenings where we were able to enjoy the melodious voices of TandEm'. A little diamond that is certainly worth the detour!
