About SoCal Kitchen

SoCal Kitchen is a restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, located in a great spot in the pedestrian village. It offers a variety of dishes, including draft beer, mimosa, nachos, soup of the day, smash burgers, tuna poke bowl, beef short ribs, and even the “Fish of the Day” and “Steak.” While the nachos can be a bit soggy, other dishes like the soup, cheeseburger, and lobster rolls receive high praise for their taste and quality. The burger is noted to be very tender, and the French fries are great. The “Vietnamese sandwich” (a bahn mi with beef) is also a hit, served with salad or fries. Though the menu selection is a bit small, there are still tasty options to choose from, such as the beet tartar and fried maple tofu. The restaurant also serves beverages like sangria and margaritas. Customers have enjoyed the cozy and relaxing atmosphere, finding the prices reasonable for the prime location of Mt. Tremblant. Though it may be on the pricier side, the great ambiance, efficient service, and delicious food make it a recommended dining experience.

Hidden gem just a few steps away from the bottom of the hill. It’s where great dining meets, “hey come as you are”. Felt fully comfortable in ski gear while having a great dinner and some drinks. The staff was happy and helpful. I asked to be “surprised” for my meal. Aka pick something great for me and I will enjoy, and they did just that. I will certainly be back.
We visited on a mid summer Saturday, so the town was packed with tourists (just like us 😇). We decided to have lunch at SoCal and had an overall pleasant experience. The young waiter was a bit shy-ish but polite and served us well. The food wasn’t life-changing but definitely more than fine. Also, we liked the music (80’s, 90’s pop and quite a bit of rock; from Van Halen to the Pixies). The only thing we didn’t like as much were the fries, they...read full review
