In December, I went there twice and very good service from Philippe. Smiling welcome and good advice, lovely holiday atmosphere 🎄 Super good hot chocolate and I love ♥️ Rocky Montain products. We are going to go back and introduce the products to our family. I recommend you, we have known this shop for several years and have never been disappointed 🤩 a big THANK YOU to Philippe, we will see you again soon 😜

HOT CHOCOLATE SCAMMERS!!! The hot chocolate in this place is an absolute scam. Its tastes like water and sugar with some artificial weak chocolate flavor.

We traveled all the way from Boca Raton, Florida, and the first thing on our minds was heading to Rocky Mountain chocolate factory!
We arrived just as the store was closing, but Phil was so nice to let me and my daughters in to get one of our favorite things, the chocolate covered licorice

So grateful for your kindness, and of course, the best chocolate ever!

Even in the middle of the holiday season with many customers, the employees are smiling and very friendly! The hot chocolates are clearly the best in the entire ski resort! Real melting chocolate and a chocolate-coated marshmallow dipped in it, delicious!

Dietary restrictions: My sister is allergic to dairy products and the employee automatically showed us dairy-free options, very accommodating

Came to Mt Tremblant for a vacation and was amazed by the chocolatrie that was there. Unfortunately the service wasn't great. We felt very rushed, the girl serving us had a scowl on her face the whole time.
Product is amazing, but I do hope they can be more people friendly!

A treat, a beautiful smell of chocolate upon entering the store. The staff is welcoming and smiling. Hot chocolate a delight. It was a pleasure and we will definitely return.

I really felt this store was a big rip off, not worth it at all!!! The blonde lady that served us at the cash overcharged us for the couple treats we bought our kids. I will NEVER ago back to this store EVER!!! There are plenty of other places in the area to buy chocolate and ice cream.
