Always love coming to Seb, amazing food, wine and service. Bravo once again, you never disappoint.
We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at sEb! Instead of the tasting menu, we opted for à la carte selections and were blown away by both the veal shank and the venison—each dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavour. As visitors excited to try a local favourite, sEb exceeded all expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, complementing the outstanding food perfectly. We’ll absolutely be back on our next visit. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service, excellent experience. Generally speaking, the food was too salty for my partner and I's taste.

It’s a return for us here. This time it’s within the framework of Mont-Tremblant à table. Menu more than affordable compared to the food received. Excellent service! Beautiful decor. Excellent food. The appetizer was delicious. Our couple of friends loved their food and wine pairing experience.

We usually always love Seb but yesterday we ordered the special 4 course meal with veal tenderloin, the key attraction for us. 2 minutes before we were served our main dish, the veal, we were informed of a change in ‘protein’ for our main dish. Basically they did not have what we ordered. We were given wapiti instead. Would be better to say this when you order.. in as know what you have in the kitchen. Very disappointing.

This was our second time dining here and both times it has been AMAZING. Every aspect of the experience was excellent- appetizers, wine, entrees all terrific. Will be back anytime I'm in the area! You won't be disappointed.

There’s wizardry in the air at Seb AL’artisan Culinaire. From the moment we arrived we knew it would be special. Our dinner was a box of delights from magically transformed carrots, tender succulent sweetbreads, rich lamb with just a hint of the exotic and opulent duck breast. The charming sommelier conjured up faultless wine pairings from less usual sources which gave us plenty to discuss.
