This is our absolute favourite restaurant. We will travel up for the weekend at least once a year just to enjoy the experience. The food never disappoints, the accompanying wine choices are devine! Then theirs the staff, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and memorable. Highly recommend the experience!

An amazing dinner at Seb on 20 June 2026. The sommelier, Alexandre, greeted us as we entered and took us to our table. Very friendly and engaging. The wine pairing was outstanding and the perfect amount. Our favourite resto in the Mt. Tremblant area, without doubt.

Great food, nice and friendly staff, but way too slow. The 7 course tasting menu took 2.5 hours even after telling them to speed up

For two people, the total cost was around $300, but it was worth it.
The service was excellent, the wine selection was great, and the food was very good.
That said, for this type of restaurant and price point, I usually expect a more elegant atmosphere and a dress code. This restaurant was much more casual, which might be a positive for some guests, but personally I would have preferred a more refined and upscale setting.
Other than that, everything was excellent. We chose the four-course menu with wine pairings, and each wine was very well matched with the food and dessert. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all unique and thoughtfully prepared.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience and one we are happy to have had.

Best meal i ever had in quebec. The flavours and preparations are superb.
The bread is THE ABSOLUTE BEST i have ever had at a restauarant. Plushier and tastier than any milk bread i ever had, but looks like focaccia. Unreal. I will miss it so much.
The chef sends out a snack that is like a small wonton soup. I forgot to take a picture because once I smelled it i had to dig in. I was licking the bowl clean. Definitely a highlight. Such impressive flavour.
The foie gras was amazing, such a treat to see seared foie on a menu. Usually everyone pates it but their preparation properly and excellently highlighted its luxuriousness, for such a rich ingredient, i could've eaten 2 of these.
The soffocato was huuuge and delicious, and i loved the red deer so so much. I order venison almost everytime i see it on a menu and they did delivered excellence!
The Tokyo short is one of the best cocktails i ever had. It is simple, but done to perfection. So refreshing, the alcohol level is perfectly balanced by the freshness and little bit of tang. I will crave it forever.
