Viva Thé

Came here on a quiet Sunday afternoon with my nephew. We walk in and both staff members behind the counter were glued to their phone and didn’t bother to even look at us. It’s extremely unprofessional, to add to that, it was one of the worst bubble teas we’ve ever had.

Stopped by Viva Thé while exploring the Tremblant village — it’s a cute little bubble tea spot with fun decor (love the space theme and pandas 🐼✨). I tried the mango tea with mango jelly 🍹 — refreshing and just what you’d expect from a regular mango tea.

The staff were polite and friendly, and service was quick even with the crowd. Overall, a nice stop if you’re in the area and craving bubble tea! 😄

I liked it! I got the brown sugar milk bubble tea. It's not the best that I've tried, could have been a bit more flavorful but I was happy with it. The prices are fair and similar to prices in the city.

Delicious teas and other drinks at a reasonable price for something that has a monopoly in the area. I was expecting much higher prices! Was pleasantly surprised. I was also impressed how just two staff can pump out so many drinks.

Horrendous service. The staff was completely disinterested in making any effort to explaining the choices. Instead of tea we were served juicy water. Typical tourist trap.

I ordered the barista’s recommendation drink; peach iced tea with popping lychee boba and it was delicious!! Super refreshing after a long, hot day 😌

Ordered a honeydew drink for myself and my children. The staff were incredibly rude, and the drink was completely tasteless. Ended up throwing it out. Don’t waste your time or money.

Disappointed—tasted like watered-down syrup with no real flavor or boba quality. Definitely not what I expected. Wouldn’t go back.

Pink Matcha is by far the worst drink I’ve tasted this year

I always order the litchi milk tea no matter what bubble tea store I go to. However, the one I ordered here at Viva Thé had barely any flavour. Other than that the tapioca and litchi jelly were very good. I liked the fact that the jelly and tapioca had no gelatin (halal).The decor was so
nice and you could buy other things from there like chips and ramen and more. 🧋😋

Great place for a bubble tea. Ideal for cooling off while visiting the village.

we recently tried the passions fruit and the matcha tea, and I must say, it was incredibly disappointing!!

Bubble tea tasted like water without exaggeration and good service for the price of their menu.

The clerk was talking to her friends who were "squatting" in the branch, without even paying attention to us, left us waiting before taking our order. The bubble tea, green tea with mango lychee pearls, tasted without exaggeration of water and a light, very subtle taste of lychee. I'm perplexed, thinking that maybe she forgot a concentrate pump. I explain the situation in a courteous manner but she forbids her colleague from adding a pump to me. Making me wait after the conversation with her friends there again, she tells me that this is the recipe and then that if I don't like it, she will take it back and reimburse me. So I got a refund.
Young clerk does not excuse arrogant attitude towards customers.

Ive tried a lot of bubble teas in my life, and this is probably the worst ive tasted. Barely tasted the flavor i ordered, which was matcha slush, which was underwhelming.

It was busy when i visited at lunch. Cashier speaks english, she just looked very serious when taking my order, i kind of felt intimidated.

Menu on the board above was in french, but theres a small menu by the cashier that is in english.

Alot of the flavors come in hot or cold.
They only come in one size. Dont forget to add your tapioca, and you could also adjust your sugar level.

Fairly priced. But quality could be better.
