This is a very homey, unpretentious place with excellent food. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Spaghetti alla carbonara and my wife ordered a smoked salmon pasta - both were excellent.
It's rare to find a carbonara made in the authentic Roman way with guanciale, parmesan and egg (most places use a cream-based sauce). This dish was authentic and did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious.

Found this gem of a small village on our way back from Montreal to Toronto. We had the Alfredo pasta and it was delicious. Moreover, the restaurant has a homey feel and is run by husband and wife. Would highly recommend ☺️

I love everything about Carbonara. The sauce was savory, pasta was al dante, guanciale was fresh and cripy. The vibe of the restaurant made me feel like I am in a small restaurant in Italy. Highly recommend their pasta
