Je suis passé le dimanche matin me prendre un café et des Tim bits.Pas de bonjour, on nous dit même pas le montant que l’on doit payer, aucun interaction entre nous et l’employé adolescent qui nous sert.Le service est totalement sous les standards des Tim Hortons. Il est évident que le jeune personnel à besoin de supervision et d’entrainement.

Cela fait deux fois que je me fais servir par le même jeune employé. Je comprends son manque d’expérience et que les employeurs ont de la difficulté à recruter du personnel mais quand même se faire bailler en plein visage pendant presque 30 secondes et surtout se faire servir deux fois le mauvais muffin ça commence à être déplaisant. J’espère que ce commentaire sera lu et compris de manière constructive car lorsqu’on sert le public il faut être un peu plus à son affaire et faire preuve d’un minimum de professionnalisme.

Person that took our order mere minutes before would not give us the drinks that we just ordered. Had to show my receipt (asked twice for it) before he would give them to us.Also wrong chicken in the wraps…Very weird experience.

Self order. Excellent service, the lady is super friendly. Fresh tractor wheels and hot, tasty coffee. 2nd stop this week and the quality is still there. It reconciles us with the Tims.

Closed early, even when it's open the dining room is closed. They are in the parking lot of the only car charger park in the region and it is impossible to eat there when we have our vehicle charged.

Never leave review but this time, I must.. Zero service there. Went in, person responsible for taking order went IN FRONT of the register and completely ignored me. She wasn’t taking order mind you, she was more preoccupied by the tip jar she needed to empty.. And by her conversation with another staff member. After 5 minutes and numerous glance from the staff onsite, seing that I was still being ignored, I headed out. The Tim Horton brand needs a serious uplift in customer service.
