Staff were friendly, and doing their best but the wait time was EXTREMELY long. Also there were flies everywhere.
I ended up leaving without even getting my drink because I'd been waiting for so long just to get a black coffee.
It seemed disorganized and very understaffed.

As long as you don't need anyone to speak English, and you don't care the food and coffee are stale. Tim's across Canada are terrible, this is just another.
