Restaurant Pizzarella

First time trying out this pizza , I've heard several mixed reviews about it. The pizza was ok at most, the sauce wasn't too tasty unfortunately . I'm not sure we will give it a try again .

Really disappointed, I ordered a burger with bacon and a side of onion rings, I paid for the extras, but I didn't get any bacon and they gave me fries instead of onion rings

We've been ordering for a few years, lately I've been picking up rather than having delivered. On August 13, 12:54 p.m. I went to get the Pizzas ordered earlier and I paid, the waitress, seeing that I didn't leave a tip, gave me a look and let me know that having known she wouldn't have cooked the Pizza because I didn't leave a tip. tip.

We always tipped the delivery guy. But when I go to get a product to buy on site to take away, it's obvious that I'm not going to leave a tip.

the poutine sauce = to freeze it the restaurant is located 10 minutes from where I am and it took 1 hour to arrive the service the lady as stupid as her feet

I ordered I am 7 minutes away by car and I waited 2 hours for my order which never arrived the real hassle no ridiculous respect and really not healthy

You can tell that there is new ownership of the restaurant. Quality and consistency is not the same... When you're ordering from a place for so long but now items change, don't treat people like idiots when they get it "wrong". Don't arrogantly tell a client over the phone to look at the menu next time before ordering. Your menu has changed. It's also wrong online. Get it right before you tell a client they are wrong. Also, you're displaying an Italian flag on your menus, but if you don't understand what focaccia is, then don't put the flag and don't call yourself a pizzeria.

The food is the best in Montreal East. Pizza is fabulous delivery is fast. Anything you eat will be very satisfying. Prices are very reasonable. I ordered delivery pizza on a few ocasions for friend staying for the weekend and the next day we had a meet somewhere and on the way back all said lets go eat at the pizza place where we had ordered. All were very impressed with the food and price. Hope they keep it up with value and quality of food. Its my go to place for eat in or takeout. BTW If you like meat lovers pizza the 5 meat is the best i ever tasted.

Parking: Lots of room to park and wheelchair accesible fairly easy.
