If you're gonna work in a service industry you should at least speak 2 languages couldn't understand a word I was saying and there was only one cashier bad service never going there again. The owner obviously doesn't care so stop saying you're sorry it means nothing🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌🤌

Roten and cold coffee. I whent back asking for a fresh one and they put it in the microwave and gave it back to me.
It tasted cold a burnt and nasty the first time then after asking for a new one it tasted the same but hot... absolutely joke. Tim's used to be amazing and now its worse then drinking a cup od st Laurence water.. I and my friends and family used to go all the time and now we just go to mc Donalds or make coffee at home. Its always disgusting no matter what time you go to. So sad..

I don't know where to start, espresso machine often broken, strong smell of urine at the entrance, cemetery atmosphere plus young employees who keep talking out loud, really disturbing. In short, a shame for such a well-placed Tim.

I am the customer who regularly places the same order at the same time, 2/2 medium coffee and warmed plain croissant with jam and peanut butter. Sometimes when I have something else someone politely points out to me “no croissant today?” This morning it was very different and above all irritating. The same order at the same time for $1 more in 24 hours. I ask why, the lady at the checkout tells me it's taxes. Seriously???? In addition to telling me that yes they recognized my voice and that the price is no different from yesterday. So for $1 without justification, I bow out and tell you that there will be no next time. It's a shame because I really liked the service.
