Hello Lafrenaie!
We love ordering cakes from your store from red velvet to strawberry shortcake. However, yesterday we dropped by and ask for a good cake to try but unfortunately the 'death by chocolate" failed our expectation. We felt sad because it is too sweet and couldn't finish just a slice of it. It's a bday cake for our son and even him just acted like it's ok just to show that he appreciates our effort eventhough he couldn't finished his cake too. We know the cake's name should have warned us already but it's extremely sweet!! Maybe next time we"ll stick with our chocolate mousse, red velvet and strawberry short cake.
Please try to check this death by a chocolate and maybe do something about it :-(.
We still love Lafrenaie, don't get me wrong.

We were so happy with our chocolate sheet cake (so moist and chocolatey) decorated per our design submitted (decorated to perfection). Excellent service for ordering by phone/email, nice and patient staff. Price is within standards. Highly recommend and will order again!

Cake ordered a week in advance to have it fresh I picked up cake and put in fridge when it was time to cut the cake it was watery at the bottom as if it was frozen the box was falling apart, we tried to cut he cake it was falling apart I was better off scooping pieces out with a spoon it was a soggy mess how embarrassing infront of people at a party not impressed I ordered in advance to have a fresh cake not a frozen one if I wanted frozen I would have come and picked one out the freezer !

Spoke to store worker very kind and professional and will be giving me a full refund and apologized for that and explained to me cakes are frozen and I should been advised upon pick up. Anyways I can appreciate the way they handled the situation very kind and professional. Thank you for the acknowledgment and accommodation!

I had heard the place was great and went in to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and was told to order online by email.

I had questions but I guess there are no answers here.

I went in there cash in hand looking for help. You gave me an email address (below) and basically told me you would not help me.

I went to your website. It was not helpful in the way I needed help.

I spoke to the other parents at my kids school and a few had received similar rude treatment.

If a parent is willing to spend on a cake to make their kid’s birthday special a little service (5 min of discussion) is not too much to ask.

Good cake good prices, just a wish they would put the cake in a box instead of a bag

Worst cake ever...90 % of the cake was just cream cheese and 10% of it or even less was the actual fondation for the cake. Decoration on it was ???, you can tell they didn't take the time to care for the product even if I told them it was for a 40th birthday. I very disappointed of that location.
