Nice waitress, polite and patient. Good atmosphere and music during our visit. Some of our food was great (fajitas) but the chicken tacos were SO greasy!! The tortillas were soaked through with grease when they arrived at the table. The chicken in my enchilada was processed almost like canned tuna texture and bland. Won't go again.

The food was insane! I hadn’t been to a 3 amigos in years because my last experiences in Laval and Ste-Catherine were so disappointing. I went to Palais for an event and didn’t wanna leave the building and this place is very conveniently located so I went there with 0 expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Shrimp tacos were out of this world. Went with a colleague who is 77 years old so I thought he might be disappointed but he totally loved his meal and said it was really good (chicken quesadillas). Waiter was also very pleasant and friendly!

We usually go to this place for quick drinks but this was the last time. Our waiter was one of the worst ever. Rolling eyes, sighs and body language when telling him we are not ready to order. Overcharging shots , same shots on other bills were 1$ more. Confronting us on what we tipped him for his service, when it takes over 15 mins to get shots when WE ARE THE ONLY ONES in the restaurant. Please go to the one on Ste catherine or elsewhere for better service and avoid this one.

Will never return, avoid and go anywhere else.Ordered our food and watched customer after customer who arrived after us get their food before ours. Asked about our orders to get told soon everytime. Other customers near us were having the same issue so not sure what's happening in their kitchen. After over an hour and 15 minute wait, we decide to leave and go elsewhere. We are then met with oh, it's coming please wait as the waitress walks out of the kitchen with our food. Extremely disappointing. Restaurant didn't have as much staff as they should have. Waitress/hostess looked frazzled and tried her best. Food was mediocre and was all around a bad experience.

Worst customer service.. few of the staff was very rude. So i was visiting montreal with my family,i am from ontario and dont speak french.. i have been to 3 amigos in the past but a different location in montreal itself.. anywho we go to this location and we ask for out table somebody comes and hands us the menus and we r told somebody will be there to take our orders, we get the water and complimentary salsa and chips now 20 mins go by nobody comes to take our order by this time the place is not even that busy..i politely ask a server that we r ready with our order and he was nice enough to let me know he will send somebody over to take the order. He tells a lady server to take the order meanwhile a male server comes there and refuses the lady server to take our order and 2 mins after he comes in himself.. i understand the official language is french in montreal, quebec so as usual he start talking to us in frech to which my brother politelt tell him that we dont speak french and would appreciate if he can help/speack english he frustratingly says"what would you like to order" we guve our order. We get our food and i was ready to order for another round of drinks and supposedly dessert..mind you its been 30 mins that the food has arrived nobody bothers to check if we would like anything else. So i raise my hand to get the female servers attention to call her again she doesnt come and goes back to the male server who took our order they have a talk and we still waiting for somebody to come. After about 10 mins the male server comes will the bill when we havent even asked for it as we were still looking to order drinks and dessert. By this time nobody was happy with the service so i end up paying the bill after receiving very rude service i go on to put the tip and the server goes in saying minimum tip is 15%. Okay now idont mind tipping i woould appreciate the workers and staff they work hard to serve us but after such bad service and rude behaviour from those server how can they expect to get tipped more. I still tipped them, but the service was rude and me and my famoly personally felt the racism just cause we dont speak french. I dont think it was fair with us nor it would be for anybody else who would be visiting the place. This particular behaviour has left a very bad impression on us.

3 Amigos is a restaurant within the Palais des Congres complex. Arriving, the place was empty, but as it was early it was ok. Got seated quickly and served with complimentary nacho chips and salsa. The menu is large, and also serve non-Mexican items such as burgers. Food came quickly and the portions are big. Unfortunately it had hardly any taste. The enchiladas were bland and so were the other items on the plate. Other points of criticism: the music plays pop-music which does not go well with the Mexican ambience. To top it off, the waitress seemed uninterested, even chewing gum. Not recommended.

For a Thursday night, which was pretty moderate atmosphere, the service basically did not exist. We were seated and served, I assume, complimentary chips and salsa, given menus, and then left without service for 30 minutes. My boyfriend’s napkin already had a stain on it.

I have been to many 3 amigos locations in the past, but this is the only location that I frequent without hesitation. I work in the old port, and I always look forward to stopping here for a quick drink and friendly conversation with the bartender Manel after a long day at work, and I’m sure the colleagues I sometimes come with would say the same. The restaurant itself has a bit of work to do regarding organization and preparation, but the interaction and service by the bartender makes it all worthwhile. The drinks are always amazing but I have little to say about the rest of the staff as most don’t seem to care about client interaction. I look forward to coming back and enjoying many more evenings at the cute little venue.

We were a group of 8 people who have been to other locations with great food and service. However, this location had watered-down drinks, food overcooked. Chicken wings with fries were dry and greasy. The food took over an hour to arrive! Again, drinks were waterdown and not nearly what a piña colada & mojito taste like. Once mentioned to the waiter. She did an attempt to resolve the matter., but the manager was rude! Management refused to speak to us and come to our table. The waiter tried to do what she could, but it was a management that was rude and waved her arms and singled our table. What a lack of professionals and management in dealing with situations. Once are bill was processed and given they overcharged us! Management said that the prices were on another menu. We were shocked! And of course, after arguing our case. They took the prices off and the water down drinks. They could have saved the hassles, by listening to the customers!

Everything was fine, but the service was amazing. Way over the top. Friendly and professional staff. The mojitos were delicious. You get what you pay for, lots of food. Excellent place to go with family or friends.

Seated pretty quickly by the hostess and provided menus then completely ignored for 20 minutes and left. Other tables had been seated after us and had orders placed and drinks delivered. Wasn’t overly busy as it was after a rush. Was looking forward to a margarita ?

I'd give this place 0 stars for customer service if I could. My party of 7 asked to place a takeout order and was told that the one chef on staff said he was not accepting any new orders because he was overwhelmed. This was around 7pm. I get that restaurants are understaffed, so this wasn't even an issue until we were leaving. At that point we were directed by the host, or possibly waiter, to order through Uber eats instead. What? I thought the chef said no new orders?? I asked if the Uber eats order would be going to a different chef. Of course the answer was no. Given that the chef was "too busy" to take an in person take out order, I asked how this direction made sense. I then called attention to the illogical nature of the Uber eats directive given the reason provided for not accepting our in person takeout order. Too busy for an in person takeout order, but not for one that comes in through Uber eats?? Sounds like a kick back to me. Of course there was no logical response provided because the only logical response to requesting an order through Uber eats in this case is related to a kick back...who wants to admit that they're directing diners to Uber eats to line their own pockets at an additional cost to the diner? Anyway, we gave our $200 order and the 20% tip to Benny Gs and were very happy with their food and service. ‍
