First time visiting this café and I was disappointed with the service. When I asked where the cutlery was, the answer was given in a rather curt tone, as if it should have been obvious, even though I’d never been there before. Even when handing me my coffee, the staff were cold and not engaging. It really didn’t make me want to return.

I’m really not the type usually to put a bad review or even review at all. But Tuesday and Wednesday’s experience was horrendous. I’ve been going there since they opened and customer service has dropped considerably. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I placed my order, it seems like I was bothering them. I spent a lot of money In the past because of the service and the quality was there and I have to say I am now never going back after yesterday‘s experience. I wish them luck, but I guess now these days finding people who care at their jobs is difficult in these times.

Really disappointing customer service experience last Tuesday. I felt like I was bothering the staff. Definitely not the experience I would expect after spending >100$ on coffee and donuts with this establishment.
Extremely disappointed as this is one of my favorite places for breakfast sandwiches and donuts.. the service is a deal breaker for me. They should strive to do better!

Came with kids for quick snack and coffee. The baked doughnuts were not too sweet and the kids loved it. Lots of sets to sit and have a chat and take a break. Does not offer pour over. But their filter and americano were pretty good. Would come again for a coffee break if we're in the area.

Nice spacious place, but the extra you have us pay for veg milks is high way robbery, way too exagerrated, and they force you to tip 18% minimum, whcih I would not mind if it was worth it, but the service was very bad. No greetings when you say hello, acting like they hate you for no reason, wasting sooooo much time talking to each other instead of treating accumulating orders, they are like UGH on every level. And then you expect 18%? Self-service water tank never refilled, for hours none of the staff would refill it, bathrooms gross and clearly not cleaned forever...Never again...

Tbh, this place hinges on the staff. The food/drink is good, but it’s the warmth and uplifting vibe among the workers that regularly brings me back. Wouldn’t be a first choice since at the end of the day, it is overpriced compared to other spots in the area.
