This branch is ordinary. Served in English only. The bathroom smelled like urine, but like a dirty hockey locker room. Seating was okay. We ate quickly and cheaply, but I won't go back.

Worst a&w experience first the person at the cash wouldn’t take cash money because it was during the shift change second the restaurant was filty and last the food was not fresh at all cold fries , took one bite of my burger and threw the rest in the garbage . Stay away from this place go somewhere else !
Apparently, the franchise owners think it's normal to let FIVE homeless guys sleep ON THE FLOOR of that restaurant during business hours to the point where I would have literally needed to step over then to get to the

Staff is nice and polite, service is very quick, I always go on my break at work and I am always back within 10 minutes. The restaurant is a bit dirty, but that’s ok.
Worst customer service ever, the employee is the most enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff I’ve had meet (sarcasm). I asked twice for my beverage and the guy at the counter just doesn’t care.
