Ordered a combo , came with onion rings , asked for a sauce and was told it's an extra charge - pretty sure A&W onion rings always came with a sweet and sour sauce if asked - they have no ketchup dispenser at this location - the unit is all broken. Asked for ketchup and the man at the cash just turned away and did other stuff - they had no wraps at all . Very dissapointing location .

the supervisor Marie is not fun to be served by. She looks like annoyed by everything, she got mad at me for asking for some stuff to be removed from my orders. The girls in the kitchen is so slow that I could run a marathon before getting my order. One of the worst A&W I've been and I used to go to the ones in Mont-Royal.
Even with the restaurant filled with beggars, the staff delivered such a perfect service that McDonald next door never achieved in a decade. Hat off, sincerely.

Love the Beyond burger.
They never seem to have more than 2 or 3 people working on busy nights. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in peak times. If there’s a line to order, think twice!
