30 minutes to wait in front of the cash register.
People chat, people laugh, no one to take my order. The staff doesn't care about the customers. It's really sad to see what level it's reached...

It s supposed to be a fast food
Very very slow service at drive through, slowest service in all A&W! Don't go there unless you are not hungry. Worst A&W, very bad experience! Never go there !
The area is a little gross but the drive-thru is OK and the food is as good as at other A&

A&w next to the Jacques-Cartier bridge. Fries not fresh, welcome from the employee not pleasant...
Normally in A&W we have much better service.

Next to the drive through window they keep their garbage bags outside. Twice have I been and was greeted by a flock or should I say army of mice. Freaking gross. Especially near a food establishment. If it’s like that in there I wonder how it is in their kitchen with mice running behind the fryers or fridges.
