You are required to provide bathrooms to custumers by law. Having a poster that says the bathroom arent available to prevent custumers to use facilities is not acceptable.

I spent $50 on lunch for my family and the women was so rude to my son who ordered first and then to me. No eye contact, acting like she could hear us with our order but made mistakes. She didn’t wash her hands after handled money and she assembles burgers with her hands and not tongs that were there. Onion rings were burnt. I couldn’t eat. Gross! I’m never going there again. Too bad because I like A&W 🙄

This is by far the worst experience that I ever had in an A&W.
The food was cold, the hamburger wasn't well made, and the cashier was unwilling to help.
Cashier was so rude. Had no respect for anyone . Without washing hands she went to make burger. Will not eat from here again .

This branch of A&W is located in a convenience store in a gas station! They have a corner inside for customer service for take-out and a nice place upstairs to set up but it's not organized AT ALL and the employees during the day they pack an order on site in a bag like for take-out instead of putting in a tray... They are very lazy!!! I had a beyond meat combo which was without sauce!! Customer service is horrible, employees are very rude and very aggressive! DISAPPOINTING!
