This branch is full of surprises. They washrooms are locked, there is no air conditioning, they have no cajun spice available, but the food is the best ive had in a long time obion rongs are cooked to perfection, not too muxh batter. The burger is freah and tasty. I will definately come back.

My sister and I really needed to use the restroom after an hour-long ride, and this A&W was the closest spot before heading back. We asked nicely for the bathroom code, but the guy at the counter (seemed like the supervisor) said it was for customers only, which we understood. So we bought a 3-piece chicken tenders for $10, which felt super overpriced just for the sake of using the bathroom.
When we finally got in, the bathrooms were disgusting. One toilet couldn’t even flush and the other one didn’t have a seat at all. So we basically paid just to use a washroom that wasn’t even usable?
Really disappointing. Maybe use better judgment before making people pay to access something in that bad of a condition.

The employee who took orders did not speak French. I speak English but we are in Quebec! While I was waiting, there was an old gentleman who didn't speak French. He had to go find the manager who translated for him. Also it took a long time to make my order. It's still good. The burger is well cooked. However, the fries didn't have enough salt. The other A&W's are better, as this one is a bit dirty.

Uber eats order, perfect delivery man, the order arrived crammed into the bag (too small). Burger all over the place, fries spilled, shameful.

Yum.... always appreciate and enjoy A&W.... quite different from the tired Mc competition! Staff were friendly. Order the 2 teen burger combo promotion and were never disappointed.... especially great w A&W root beer. It's a smaller cozy location,nit too busy at late lunch but only street parking and sometimes difficult to find, but worth the visit. Enjoy!!
Parking: Look for the side street free parking as main street is difficult to find.

A disaster. There has been a change of ownership a few months ago. It has become one of the worst and dirtiest franchisees I have seen in Quebec. The most serious thing is that the cook/owner gives perfectly cooked steaks that have been waiting for 20 minutes because there is no one there, instead of making one again. Disgusting, and I got sick during the night. These people are not meant to have a business and run a franchise of a large group like that. The damage to the brand image is incredible.

The manager at this consumer made it clear that this a&w doesn't do refills more than 2x, and they do not put extra mayo in the burger as they say they do not do that..
It was a very dirty environment ( tables had crumbs and liquids on them) food wasnt cooked enough and the fries had no salt on them. The cashier also was cutting her toe nails which i found very unsanitary.
The saleswoman verbally attacked my daughter because my daughter asked to replace the fries with slices. Not very nice for a waitress to speak like that to a young teenager.

Awful!!!!! I came here and the cashier was wasn't even greeting or nice, no smile, the guy in the back didn't wash his hands or follow the wrap recipe, also I think the owner is cheaping out. They drop food in the fryer per order which take 7-10 minutes. Also I got one wrap bag for 2 wraps... I got half a tray instead of a full one to carry my 2 drinks. I asked for mayo she drops one inside. Honestly I've worked in the past for them and I know a cheaped out restaurant. It was it dirty the bathrooms don't even have normal lighting...wtf is actually going on at this place. Can't the restaurant chain try and change the owenes to someone who cares???? Never again going here.

The young lady said they don’t serve Breakfast Classics before 7:00 am and told me to wait basically 45 minutes. She told me no other A&Ws do breakfast before 7:00. I decided to go to a nearby A&Ws and guess what ? They confirmed to me that breakfast actually starts a 6:00am if not 5:30am. Conclusion ? She didn’t feel like working until the shift change at 7:00am.

The owner and manager of this location displayed an utter lack professionalism despite the restaurant being at fault. The application indicated that the restaurant was open for pickup orders on January 1st despite the location being physically closed. When I came in person to have them place my order the owner declined and insisted that all I could do was request a refund which on the website was done through a survey . I received no acknowledgment that my complaint had been received. When I informed the individual of that , they essentially were dismissive and said that my opinion didn’t matter and to request for a refund on the website , which would require me submit yet another survey. This is my second instance where despite the restaurant being at fault , management didn’t wish to accept that they were in the wrong The last time I was provided with burgers with moldy buns
