Ask for everything FRESH. Fries, hamburgers and poutine gravy are all cold. The staff cook food an leave it past the timers. Don't serve customer food that you wouldn't even eat yourself.

Got there around 3 AM trying to get something cold (water or ginger aid) to drink, the doors were locked, thou it said 24/7. The worker inside did not even acknowledge me, so I went to my car and was trying to figure out how long before the doors could be open. A few customers after me were treated the same way, but the worker opened the door for a group of girls to go inside to get what they wanted while I continue to wait in my car for over an hour

I believe the business is going to suffer significant losses because of its rude staff, who do not care about customers. I asked them about a combo, but they didn’t provide it to me and instead charged me extra for just fries. Additionally, they began gossiping about me in French, even though I speak English and can understand French. The owner should seriously consider the behaviour of the staff. And hire some one that can English as well.
