I went to the restaurant yesterday at lunchtime and order a teen combo. There were some issues with the food and I reported to the cashier Mahidi (apologize if I spell the name wrong). He informed the manager and handled the situation promptly and professionally. I was very touched by their outstanding customer service, friendly and care attitude. It's a fast-food restaurant with five star service.

I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The cashier guy was incredibly rude barely acknowledged me when I approached the counter and acted like I was bothering him. When I asked a simple question about the menu, he rolled his eyes and gave a snarky response, making me feel unwelcome. Not that Clean place to eat from . The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth (and not just from the food). I won't be returning anytime soon. Customer service and cleanliness are just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this place fails on all fronts.

It's October 31, 2024 and I find it really annoying to see that there is still false advertising. 45 min drive to end up being told that they are no longer promoting children. The people in the services literally send us to shit under the pretext that they have to stop the promotion because I quote, they are too overwhelmed?! A restaurant that has been planning a Halloween promotion promising free burgers for kids for months, seriously, what kind of person is behind such a deception?

The food was great. They made a mistake in our order and fixed it fast and the staff is kind. That being said, I don’t think I have ever seen such an unsanitary restaurant before. There was a smell from the instant you walked in. We questioned ourselves a few times wondering if we should eat there. The tables are dirty and sticky. The floors are horrible, incrusted food. I really think this needs to be addressed because it could eventually get people sick.thank you

Ordered Papa burger trio with poutine and drink. Burger hardly had any condiments. Poutine very small hardly any cheese. Considering it cost 20$, I was not impressed. Restaurant tables very sticky food on chairs and floor. Bathroom disgusting. Staff spending more time on phones than cleaning. Will not return!
