Absolutely terrible experience. Make sure to check before dining here. The staff is unhygienic, handling everything with their bare hands while making the burgers. When I questioned them, they pretended to wash their hands. They messed up my order, which was the worst part. The oil they used was disgustingly old, with a foul smell that permeated the burger and patty. Please, avoid eating at this place. I’m planning to report them to the food inspection department. I hope they shut this place down. I wish the food department would prevent such incidents in Montreal.

3 times now they mess up the order, rude staff who don’t care at all, and it wasn’t even busy when i went the last two times and got the wrong order

Honestly usually the staff is always nice (I never notice them cleaning their hands in between orders.. but decided to ignore it for the past few times I’ve gone ) today a lady at the register gave me so much attitude while I was very kind to her ! I was like okay no worries people have bad days but then after waiting 7 minutes for her to understand what I wanted to order (just change to a lettuce wrap) she pretended to wash her hands with just. Water ? So I was like hey did you wash your hands with soap and then she replied “what?” And I repeated my question and she said “I have to wash my hands with soap?” YES !!!!! Yes you have to use soap are you kidding me ? I just walked out. Seriously what kinda question is that? It’s part of your training!
Got my entire order wrong! No lettuce, no tomato, no straw, you're better off going in store, never order online !

There is a very kind and exuberant woman working the cash. She made me the best Nashville Hot Chicken Cruncher I've ever had. She added some personal touches, and I could tell it was made with love.
She knows how to make a proper hot sandwich. Pretty good at banter, too!

Let me preface this by saying I will be back. It was 1 AM and it did the trick. We’ll start with the good. - interesting layout - weird images on walls added vibe - unique vantage point from upper level - food was good
Bad aspects: Ordering was like being in the twilight zone. I am a girl who knows what she wants but is also able to compromise. Neither of that happened for me. Our group was missing spicy mayo, drinks, a full burger, and randomly missing a bunch of standard condiments. The staff was helpful when we went to ask for these things again after sitting down but it took too much brain power to get a close-enough version of what we ordered. Our orders were relatively basic but did have some normal requests (ie please add spicy mayo, please none of this condiment, etc).

Took forever to get our order and I saw the cook, she was not wearing gloves and it looked very unhygienic. At the end in my burger I saw lettuce roots and the veggies were not fresh. Also, the onion rings were over cooked and the sitting was also not clean!! Really bad experience!
